As a result of our success, our interactive offer is growing rapidly and we are in need of a talented senior digital designer to join our team. As part of the team you will be responsible for delivering compelling design solutions and for helping us drive our digital offer forward.

What we are looking for is a Senior digital designer who:

• Has strong conceptual skills and an excellent eye for current design trends, technology, and overall experience/information design
• Can work alongside the Digital design director to deliver hands-on design
• Can also help grow and lead our digital team as well as assist with clients
• Can present to clients and explain work clearly
• Has a good understanding of front-end coding & technology, but this role will not require any coding/development
• Understands IA practices and ideally, how we can progress traditional IA, creative briefs, and the overall creative process to new, more progressive, ways of working
• Has a good handle on Flash and other designer tools
• Is passionate about digital and about growing our digital offering to a new level
