Likemind is a leading integrated communications agency with an impressive portfolio of FTSE100 clients. As a result of our success, our interactive offer is growing rapidly and we are in need of a talented project manager to join our team. As part of the team you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of digital projects for a variety of clients in multiple sectors on a global scale.
What we are looking for is a project manager who:
- Has 1-2 year's project management experience with a digital agency or relevant in-house background
- Can quickly demonstrate their PM capability (a formal education is not essential)
- Has a good understanding of Digital PM methods including budgeting, planning, managing, scheduling, project scoping and profitability
- Has a good understanding of the full life-cycle of digital projects from creative to technical delivery
- Can simultaneously work on multiple projects in a fast paced agency environment
- Is comfortable with proactively managing client and supplier relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Can contribute to scheduling and prioritising jobs with other PMs
- Has an analytical mindset and is a problem solver
- Can assist in creating, composing, and editing written materials for pitches and presentations
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and can work effectively with a small team during pitches and presentations
- Has good records maintenance skills and excellent attention to detail
- Is comfortable with and has experience using Macs (Likemind is an entirely MAC based organisation )
- Displays a positive attitude to work and an interest in developing new skills
- Is flexible and able to move from a project to an urgent need, effortlessly
- Thinks well on his/her feet, and remains calm during a storm
- Is a team player who can gain trust within a team very quickly, working closely with creative and technical team members
- Has a keen interest in everything digital from blogs to social networks to digital video and mobile
- Preferably, has a proven understanding (or even hands-on experience) of the underlying technical aspects of web solutions (HTML, XML, .NET, JSP, CSS, Flash/ActionScript etc.)
- Has worked with large corporate institutions and understands their complex organisational processes
- Has worked with a range of different stakeholder groups (e.g. Investor relations, Corporate communications, Marketing, Human resources)
- Is enthusiastic, willing and has a good sense of humour
