National Grid delivers gas and electricity to millions of people across Great Britain and northeastern US efficiently, reliably and safely. Because they don’t create a physical end-product, a big part of our task was to explain the business.
Response
One way of making this business more tangible was by displaying National Grid’s values in the Annual Review and we did this by explaining clearly who they are, what they do and where, and how they performed.
For the Annual Report we introduced best practice and we weaved CR messages throughout, providing a clearer structure to reporting and regulating information.
