Annual report and Annual review
Brief
IHG wanted a corporate report that differentiated them from their competitors and showed the strength and confidence of its global hotel brands. The underlying theme of the report is Great Hotels Guests Love. It’s not just a snappy slogan, but a guide to IHG’s actions and way of doing business.
In 2008, as part of a staff engagement programme IHG launched a global photography competition asking staff to capture what Great Hotels Guests Love means to them.
Response
We developed an editorial design style to showcase the eclectic range of images from the photography competition, giving a strong dynamic aspect to the spreads using bold headlines and graphics.
The project involved design and production of a 44pp Summary Financial Statement and 104pp Annual Report and Accounts.
