Brief
Dolphin's annual report is an important part of their investor relations communications, as they expand the development of their portfolio. They required a report that truly reflected the scope of their business and the high quality of their brand.
Response
We created a visually engaging report, showcasing Dolphin’s high-end, premium-branded development projects.
A system of iconography, maps and detailed pipeline tables were introduced to help explain the business. We also designed a special eight page throw-out section providing a complete overview of their current markets and portfolio, highlighting the type of resort and the scale of the developments.
