This great brand has been going through tough times. BA’s reporting plays an important role in positioning them in a difficult market and we have concentrated on making flat information more accessible and compelling. We will continue to work with BA to evolve content.
Response
For such a strong brand, applying the guidelines was the starting point. BA has always had good content, but we have sequenced and presented it better. Overall, information has been pointed up and pulled out to be more clear.
